Will this disrupt production?
No. The whole system is built and tested on your parts in our shop first. Installation is scheduled for planned downtime, weekends or shift changes, and we run alongside your current process until it's proven.
What if it doesn't hit the numbers?
The performance targets are written into your contract. If the system doesn't reach them, we keep working at our own cost until it does. On the performance plan, you also pay no fee in any month it doesn't beat your baseline.
How long until it pays for itself?
We only propose projects that pay back in under 24 months on your own numbers. If we can't find one in your plant, we'll tell you before you spend anything on a project.
How is the gain measured?
Before any work starts, we agree on your baseline with your finance team: output, scrap, labor hours and downtime. The gain is measured against that baseline in a monthly report you can audit, so nobody argues about it later.
What happens to our operators?
Most plants we talk to can't fill the shifts they already have. We design around the positions you can't staff and the work nobody wants, then train your people to run and maintain the system.
Can we talk to past clients?
Client work is confidential, and yours will be too. After the assessment we can set up a reference call under NDA, and you'll meet the engineer who would lead your project.
Who owns the system?
You do. The hardware, the software and the documentation all stay with your plant, on either plan.
Do we need automation or AI people in-house?
No. We do the engineering, the build and the installation, and we train your maintenance team to run it. Remote monitoring and support are included for the first year.
